Process:

4. If they are laid-off workers from state-owned and collective enterprises, poor households can enjoy preferential policies of reducing or exempting management fees with relevant certificates and photocopies;

5. To apply for the Self-employed Business License involving the license, you should first go to the local industrial and commercial office with your ID card to pre-check the name, bring the pre-checked name to the Food and Drug Administration to apply for the relevant license, and after obtaining the license, bring relevant materials to the local industrial and commercial office to apply for the license.
