"Venture" is a movie reflecting oil workers' adherence to proletarian politics and their reliance on the "two theories" to start a business. The main character Zhou Tingshan is the descendant of the old Chinese oil workers, on the eve of liberation, his father died in the struggle to protect the oil fields under the gun of the reactionaries, he brought his father left behind the "two theories" and a heart of redemption to the Daqing oil fields. Here, he meets a group of like-minded comrades and goes through a grueling entrepreneurial journey together.

The movie inspired me to have a strong faith and indomitable spirit, to be innovative and pioneering, and to work together and help each other.
