Hangzhou Linping New Town Development and Construction Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company directly under Yuhang District People's Government. The company undertakes the tasks of investment, financing, construction, operation and management of urban infrastructure and municipal public utilities in Linping New Town, engages in the operation of state-owned assets and capital within the scope of authorization, and implements project investment, construction and operation. IV. Recruitment methods and procedures
(I) On-site registration and qualification examination
On-site registration is adopted for registration. After the registration deadline, all applicants will be qualified and informed to take the written test when they meet the registration conditions. The ratio of the number of people who have passed the written examination to the recruitment position is generally not less than 4: 1.

4. Registration requirements: Each applicant is limited to one position, fill in the Application Form as required, and provide a valid ID card, household registration book, education background, degree certificate, professional and technical title (post) qualification certificate and other original and photocopy of relevant information that can show that I meet the registration conditions. (II) Examination
The examination is divided into two stages: written examination and interview, accounting for 41% and 61% of the total score respectively. The specific time and place of written examination and interview will be notified separately.
1. written test. The written test paper is a comprehensive paper, which mainly tests the basic theory, basic knowledge, basic methods and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in the job. The written test is closed.
2. Interview. According to the written test results, the top three positions are selected from high score to low score, and the shortlisted interviewers are determined. The interview mainly examines the expression ability, adaptability to the position and mastery of professional knowledge.
(III) Investigation and physical examination
According to the total test scores, the top two candidates for each recruitment position are selected from high to low, and the candidates to be hired are finally determined after the investigation, and the candidates to be hired are given a physical examination.
(4) After employing
the person to be employed who has passed the physical examination, the company will sign the labor contract, establish the labor relationship and go through the relevant formalities after approval. If there is no suitable person, the position can be vacant.
V. Other explanations
1. The employed person is prepared by the enterprise, and the original administrative (business) preparation personnel will be retained after employment, and the salary will be implemented according to the company's salary and welfare system.
