II. Responsibilities and Obligations of Party A and Party B

1. Party B shall provide Party A with technical services that the whole fire alarm and fire linkage system can operate normally and all the equipment can meet the requirements. Once the system fails, Party B shall send someone to repair it within _ _ _ hours after receiving Party A's notice. If it cannot be repaired in time under special circumstances, Party A's consent is required.

2. Party B shall arrange one or two days every month to conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the fire alarm system, and submit the inspection, maintenance and records to Party A for signature, so as to facilitate Party A's supervision of Party B's work quality. Party B shall cooperate with Party A to arrange a safety inspection before holidays.

3. when party a needs to disassemble, assemble and move some parts of the system in a small scope, party b shall be responsible for the installation and dismantling of the pipeline, and make a written record and submit it to party a.

4. if the equipment is damaged during the agreement period, party b shall try its best to repair it. if it is necessary to replace the equipment, party b shall provide a list of the faulty equipment, and the expenses shall be borne by party a .. If Party A fails to implement the replacement cost of the faulty equipment, which puts the equipment in a potential safety hazard, Party A shall bear the responsibilities arising therefrom.

5. In case of fire, Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibilities because the fire alarm system and the equipment or lines in the content fund can't work.

6. The smoke temperature sensor shall be cleaned every two years after it is put into use for one year according to the national standard, and the cleaning cost shall be borne by Party A..

7. According to the annual inspection requirements of fire alarm equipment by the fire department, Party A shall conduct fire inspection once a year, which shall be completed by Party B in cooperation with the inspection company * * *, and a qualified inspection report shall be issued and submitted to Party A..

9. Party B shall strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations and strictly abide by the safety management regulations on the construction site.

III. Acceptance of the project

V. Terms of payment

VI. Force Majeure Accident

If either party affects the execution of this agreement due to natural disasters such as war, typhoon, flood, fire, earthquake, lightning and other force majeure factors recognized by both parties, the performance period of this agreement can be extended accordingly according to the time affected by the accident, and both parties can take remedial measures through consultation. However, Party A shall bear the breach of contract for the material expenses arising therefrom.

1. if either party breaches the contract, the breaching party shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the national economic agreement law.

2. Except for an accident caused by force majeure, if either party cancels the agreement without reason, it shall pay the other party a penalty of 21% of the total project amount.

VII. Ways to resolve disputes in agreement

In case of any dispute over the interpretation or performance of this agreement, it shall be settled amicably, and the uncontroversial part shall continue to be performed. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court in the place where this agreement is signed.
