Application for food business license conditions:
(a) with the operation of the food varieties, the number of food raw materials processing and food processing, sales, storage and other places, to maintain the environment of the place is clean and tidy, and with toxic, hazardous places and other sources of pollution Maintain a prescribed distance;
(2) with the operation of food varieties, the number of appropriate business equipment or facilities, there are appropriate disinfection, changing, washing, lighting, lighting, ventilation, antiseptic, dust, flies, rodents, insects, washing, and treatment of wastewater, storage of garbage and waste equipment or facilities;
(3) have a full-time or part-time staff who have been trained in accordance with law and qualified by the food safety knowledge training and assessment. Assessment of qualified full-time or part-time food safety management personnel; large and above the hotel, school and child care institutions canteens, feeding more than 500 people in the institutions and enterprises canteens, collective meal distribution units, central kitchens, engaged in group meals takeaway food service operators should be equipped with full-time food safety management personnel;
(d) have to ensure that the rules and regulations of food safety;
(e) have a reasonable layout of equipment and processes to prevent cross contamination of food to be processed and direct food, raw materials and finished products, to avoid food contact with toxic substances, unclean substances;
(f) the generation of kitchen waste oil and grease food service providers should also be installed in line with the requirements of the oil-water separator.
