According to the Technical Specification for Environmental Protection of Catering Industry, it is required that the horizontal distance between catering industry units and the surrounding environmentally sensitive targets should be no less than 9 meters.

At present, there is no clear regulation on the distance between catering industry and harmful pollution sources, but each harmful pollution source has set up a health protection distance in the construction as a distance requirement from residential areas.
