Be Broad and Be Detailed —— Sharing of School-based Training in Central Plains Pilot Experimental School on 20 17 Summer.
? From July 201July 16 to 22, I was fortunate to attend the school-based training organized by Chongqing Zhongyuan Pilot Experimental School. The contents of the training include Teachers' Mental Health, Educational Ethics and the Construction of Teachers' Morality and Style, Core Literacy and Deepening of Curriculum Reform, Autonomy of Class Management and Curriculum Practice of Head Teacher Education by Teacher Zhang, a national model teacher and expert of the National Training Program of the Ministry of Education, and Reconstruction of Learning Experience-Based on Learners' Teaching and Learning for the principals of training schools. In the training, there are not only the enlightening guidance of experts in theory, but also the ingenious tricks and skills of front-line teachers in class management art and practical action teaching. During these six days' study, my biggest feeling is that my knowledge has not only entered a broad realm, but also penetrated into subtleties through seeking advice and learning. As Confucius said, "extensive and profound". Let me share my thoughts with you from three aspects. One is to keep the bottom line and pursue the realm. In Professor Zou Shunkang's lecture "Educational Ethics and the Construction of Teachers' Morality and Style", he began to study educational ethics from the perspective of Chinese studies. He used an extremely grand theoretical framework to elaborate educational ethics and the construction of teachers' morality and style. From ethics to physiology, from reason to Tao, from Tao to morality. "The principles of teaching" are "the way to be a teacher by example", and transforming them into "the virtue of being a teacher by example" will form teachers' professional ethics. He explained the relationship between the two to us in great detail. Finally, he summed up the main content of his speech in eight words-keeping the bottom line and pursuing the realm. The so-called bottom line is what laws, regulations, rules and ethics require us to do (PPT). We should follow these when teaching. I have no choice, so I won't go into details. What about the realm of pursuit? Is something we can choose. Can you have a higher pursuit in your own teaching work? Can our teaching be more artistic on the basis of practical work, with its own bright spots and determination to pursue Excellence? In the process of pursuing the realm, apart from professional study and accumulation, as teachers, we are not faced with books, not machines, but children. So what kind of psychological construction do we need? In fact, as parents, we should all be aware of this. When we send our children to kindergarten for the first time, even if we can choose schools and teachers, we are not sure what teachers will say and do to our children in these three years. As parents, there is nothing we can do except trust. People have one heart, and the heart has the same reason. What kind of psychological construction is needed to live up to this trust? I've been thinking about this problem. I was inspired by the "Teachers' Mental Health" taught by Professor Li Xuerong in Chongqing Institute of Education. With new gains, the role cognition has been improved. Teachers in the traditional sense are defined as "preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts". In fact, the role of teachers includes more. People often say that we are engineers of the soul. Do we realize that there are not only students sitting in the classroom, but also fresh lives and growing souls? Our job is the collision between life and life, and the communication between souls. Is our mind as broad as the ocean, enough for every child to set sail in John Yang in our hearts? Have we really respected these lives and cared about these souls? At the moment of listening to the lecture, I felt that these collided with my previous cognition, refreshed my concept and improved my realm. ? Class management of core literacy? Professor Huang Xiang's lecture "School Action of Students' Core Literacy Landing" shows the overall framework and construction of core literacy and deepening reform. Under this theory, Zhang, a national model teacher and expert in the national training plan expert database of the Ministry of Education, showed us a way to realize core literacy-class management. At present, there are many class teachers who study business management and apply business management model to their own class management, such as Mr. Zhang's CIS. At the beginning of the class, Mr. Zhang made a long-term plan for the three-year work, which included both the guidance of the general direction and the design of small steps. It is very broad in educational concept and very detailed in action details. With such a designer, why worry about the feelings of home and country, social responsibility and civic awareness? Teacher Zhang set an example for the growth of teachers and the landing of core literacy. Teaching activities of "Three Core Literacy" First of all, let's look at some key words (PPT) that should be paid attention to in curriculum development based on core literacy ... When he showed it in the lecture, he used his own research to make us fully feel the integration, cross-border, connectivity and characteristics. Coincidentally, President Yuan Tingting of Li San Training School showed us another way to realize core literacy from the perspective of learners. (PTT) Five principles of effective learning activities: If you feel happy and you know it, clap your hands. N (PTT) Students' Types: Vision, Hearing and Sensory require that students' vision and hearing should be fully mobilized in our teaching activities to improve their learning efficiency, so diversity should be reflected in our teaching design to meet different types of students. ..... The above is the sharing of my training content in Chongqing. In fact, the training has also greatly inspired my work philosophy and future work direction. (PPT) 1。 Strengthen theoretical study. 2. Strive for more training opportunities. Training is welfare! 3. Focus on one of your hobbies, develop into your own specialty and realize your own professional highlights. What you get on paper is so shallow that you never know what you have to do! We have learned so many theories and methods, and we should refine them bit by bit in practical work, so as to be profound and achieve ourselves in our teaching career!
