Anyone who has reported positive cases of nucleic acid and personnel from high-risk areas, cities, counties, cities and districts shall immediately report to local streets, communities and villages independently, do a good job in personal protection and actively cooperate with the implementation of health control measures. If serious consequences are caused by concealment, the responsibility shall be investigated according to the law and regulations.
Strictly implement the control of home health observers, do not leave the residence, and implement closed-loop transportation in case of medical treatment or nucleic acid detection. Home health observers who are out of control due to subjective reasons will turn to centralized isolation. If serious consequences are caused, the responsibility will be investigated according to the law and regulations, and the responsibility of the responsible person will be investigated.
Shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions and other public places, passenger stations, maritime passenger transport centers and other transportation hubs should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, clarify the person in charge, strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement+plain code, health code, travel itinerary code+wearing masks, daily cleaning, ventilation and disinfection, maintain social distance and reduce personnel gathering. Strictly control the number of people dining in restaurants and other places, the number of people dining shall not exceed 70% of the carrying capacity, and the table spacing in the hall shall not be less than 1 m. The number of visitors to public places such as libraries, art galleries, museums, cinemas, theaters, tourist attractions and gymnasiums shall not exceed 50% of the approved number.
