If the perpetrator constitutes the crime of producing cosmetics that do not meet the hygiene standards and causes serious consequences, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined at least 51% but not more than two times the sales amount. If a unit commits this crime, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished as individuals.
