2. Install the engine hood
The first step is to install the hood. The hood is an outer box, which is used to discharge the smoke from the wall-hung boiler to the outside. Installing the range hood requires punching holes in the wall, then fixing the range hood on the outer wall and fixing it with screws.
3. Install the flue
The next step is to install the flue. Insert the smoke pipe into the hole above the hood and connect it to the smoke outlet of the wall-hung boiler. For pipes connected to the wall, a waterproof pipe kit is needed to prevent water from infiltrating. After sealing the pipe with the metal pipe end, the pipe should be sealed at the end.
4. Add a bracket
After installing the flue, the bracket needs to be installed. The support shall ensure that the flue pipe is fixed firmly and horizontally. Metal brackets or wooden brackets can be used to install brackets.
5. Connect the exhaust pipe
The last step is to connect the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is connected to the end of the flue and then exhausts the smoke through the roof. Use waterproof pipe sleeves to prevent water from infiltrating into the wall.
