1. You can pay attention to the official account of "Tongling Medical Insurance" WeChat, and open "Medical Insurance Service → Residents Payment" at the bottom to enter the "Anhui Medical Insurance Public * * * Service" applet. (At present, the channel has been opened) (see figure 1)

2. You can log in through the "Know-it-all APP" channel and enter the "Anhui Medical Insurance Service". (This passage is expected to be opened after the National Day) (see Figure 2).

Annual insurance payment of urban and rural residents

Step 1: Open the "Anhui Medical Insurance Service" WeChat applet (know-it-all channel and WeChat applet), and select my insured place (Tongling City) in the upper left corner. Click "Urban and Rural Residents' Insurance Payment" in the "Business Handling" column (see Figure 3), and click "Urban and Rural Residents' Insurance Payment in 2023" in the pop-up interface (see Figure 4).

Step 2: Enter the ID number of the insured in the "ID Number" column of the interface, and then click "Payment Inquiry" (see Figure 5).

If the insured person has participated in the employee medical insurance in Tongling City, the system will give a warm reminder: "This person has participated in the employee medical insurance and cannot pay the insurance premium for the residents!" (See Figure 6)

If you have participated in the medical insurance for urban and rural residents in other areas (outside Tongling City), the system will give a warm reminder: "This person has the normal insurance information for residents in XX City!" (see Figure 7), you will not be able to continue to pay for insurance in Tongling City.

If there is no "warm reminder", you can continue to pay for insurance.

Step 3: If the prompts in Figure 6 and Figure 7 do not appear after system verification, the system will enter the interface of "Urban and Rural Residents' Enrollment Registration" (see Figure 8), and the system will automatically bring out the relevant information of the insured person in the previous year. Note: The items marked in red are required, the enrollment status: filled in according to the actual situation, and the collection method: tax collection. Please check the data carefully and click "Submit".

If you encounter the prompt shown in the figure below (see Figure 9), please register in the community or village group's insurance payment window before paying.

Note: If your county (city, district) or township (street) or village (community) changes. Please re-register at the social residence or village Committee of the insured area, and then pay the insurance premium.

Step 4: Enter the "Insured Information Confirmation" page (see figure 10). After the information is checked correctly, choose the payment method of the insurance fee.

Payment of two * * * economic accounts: if the insured person binds multiple * * * economic family account of employee medical insurance outpatient service, the system will deduct the balance of the corresponding * * * economic accounts according to the time sequence at the time of binding. If the balance of "Workers' Medical Insurance Clinic Helping family account" bound by the insured person is insufficient, the account cannot be used to pay insurance expenses.

After completing the above payment operation, you can return to the "Business Handling" column, click "Insurance Payment for Urban and Rural Residents" (see Figure 3), and click "Insurance Payment Inquiry for Urban and Rural Residents" in the pop-up interface (see Figure 1 1) to query the "Payment Record" of insurance payment (see Figure 12).
