From February 2 1, 49 54 A-level scenic spots that were temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 epidemic in Huangshan City were reopened step by step and orderly, among which the first batch of 23 A-level scenic spots were the first to reopen.
On February 20th, 2020, Huangshan City Culture and Tourism Bureau issued the Guidelines for the Orderly Opening of Epidemic Prevention and Control Scenic Spots in COVID-19 (Trial), which was the first in the province to guide the scenic spots to prepare for recovery and steadily promote the epidemic prevention and control and orderly opening of scenic spots. The newly released guide includes five aspects: scenic spot management, tour organization, public health, shopping and entertainment, catering and accommodation, 30 tasks and 50 points.
The Guide stipulates that all scenic spots should implement the "one entry, one measurement and one registration" system for employees, complete the epidemic prevention and control training for all staff, formulate emergency plans, and set up temporary isolation points. All scenic spots implement the real-name registration system for tickets and sightseeing, and register tourists to take their temperature and implement an appointment system. The daily reception capacity shall not exceed 50% of the maximum daily carrying capacity, and the instantaneous carrying capacity shall not exceed 30% of the maximum instantaneous carrying capacity. Arrange group tourists to enter the park at intervals, with no more than 30 group tourists and scattered tours.
The Guide requires all scenic spots to set up medical first-aid points to provide free crutches, wheelchairs, umbrellas, audio guidance equipment and other items for tourists, so that they can be disinfected once a day and once a guest. Use cable cars, cruise ships, scenic buses and other internal means of transportation as little as possible. If you need to disinfect at least twice a day, sit in a separate place. Strengthen the prevention and control and disinfection management of parking lots in various scenic spots. Teams and self-driving vehicles will be parked in different areas, and vehicles will be parked in different places. Garbage cans (barrels) in scenic spots are cleaned and disinfected twice a day, and special boxes (barrels) for recycling discarded masks are added. At the same time, it is clear that the hotels in each scenic spot are forbidden to have dinner, and the restaurant adopts the dining mode to ensure that the distance between people is greater than 1.5 meters.
According to the guidance of the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism on scientific prevention and control, precise policy, zoning and grading, Huangshan City has not been newly diagnosed for 20 consecutive days, and the provincial headquarters has determined that the whole area of Huangshan City is a low-risk area. On February 20th, Huangshan City Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters also issued the Emergency Notice on Scientific Prevention and Control, Precise Policy Making, and Doing a Good Job of Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 by Divisions and Grades, and made corresponding adjustments to the prevention and control work.
