This foundation was obtained in local hotels.

within 5-8 years: department head; Advanced vocational qualification certificate; Also strengthen language learning, master at least three foreign languages, be fluent in spoken English, and be able to basically understand and communicate with other small languages.

at this stage, if the local hotel develops well, it is necessary to strive to be the executive deputy general manager of the hotel; If for other reasons, go to a large hotel in Wuhan to seek development and be the head of the department.

within 8-12 years: department director; Get a senior vocational qualification certificate for the course; Keep strengthening language learning. At this stage, if you have achieved the position of executive deputy general manager in a local hotel, you must go to Changsha to seek better development, or even lower your position from the position of department head.
