The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. All imported cold-chain foods that are used, processed, sold and stored in Jining from outside the province will enter the special supervision warehouse for nucleic acid detection and preventive comprehensive disinfection.

All imported cold-chain foods under the supervision of special warehouses must make an appointment for warehousing through Shandong Cold Chain 24 hours before they arrive at their destination, and truthfully fill in the owner, Inspection and Quarantine Certificate of Entry Goods, List of Goods, quantity, vehicles, drivers, cold storage room, scheduled warehousing time and other information.

2. After being brought into the special warehouse for supervision, the importer or buyer shall take delivery of the goods within the specified time limit according to the notice, and can leave the warehouse only after holding the Certificate of the Special Warehouse for Centralized Supervision of Imported Cold Chain Food in Jining City. Imported cold chain food must be "put into the warehouse in batches and put out of the warehouse in batches".

3. If the nucleic acid test results of imported cold-chain food samples entering the special supervision warehouse are positive, the corresponding batch of imported cold-chain food and its packaging shall be treated according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

For the acts of not reporting 24 hours in advance, not cooperating with centralized supervision, not entering the specialized warehouse for inspection and disinfection, not using "Shandong Cold Chain", not truthfully reporting information, not asking for certificates and tickets, not storing in different areas, not selling with bright codes, and other acts of not implementing the prevention and control measures of cold chain food epidemic situation in the whole province, according to the "On Strictly Setting up a specialized warehouse for centralized supervision at the first pass of imported cold chain food to carry out nucleic acid detection and preventive comprehensive disinfection" issued by the Office of the Leading Group of the Provincial Party Committee. Causing the epidemic to spread, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

9. The masses should enhance their awareness of self-prevention, and do not buy or eat imported cold-chain foods with unknown sources or without relevant certificates, so as to prevent the risks of online shopping for imported cold-chain foods.

X. this circular shall come into force as of February 7, 2121. If the previous provisions on the prevention and control of cold chain food epidemic are inconsistent with the requirements of this notice, this notice shall prevail.
