according to my experience, kitchen printers are generally thermal printers, which are commonly known as small ticket machines. They generally support several interfaces, including network port, serial port, parallel port and USB port. In fact, the catering software commonly used in the market now, such as Gourmet, Anjie, Tianzixing and Juke, all support these interfaces, but the key point is that the connection between the server and the printer is generally connected by network cable. Unless you only have one kitchen and put the server in the kitchen, then you have to find a multi-serial card, which is also very troublesome. So if it is really a network problem that leads to poor printing, I suggest you fix the network, otherwise everything else will be useless.
