(a) with China nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws of China, and have good conduct;

(2) Having the professional quality and ability required for post work;

(3) Being in good health, free from infectious diseases or major diseases, and having the physical conditions required by the post;

(4) Having other conditions required for the recruitment position (see Annex1);

(5) Obeying the arrangement and adjustment of posts by the recruiting unit.

The following persons shall not be registered:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, reeducation-through-labor personnel who have received administrative punishment and those who have been expelled from public office;

2. In the past three years, cheating in exams was discovered by the competent authorities in various recruitment processes.
