Calculation method of catering staff's salary

the correct calculation method of employee's salary is: the number of attendance days multiplied by the daily salary. It should be calculated according to 21.75. Because the number of days in each month is different, it is definitely unreasonable to calculate according to 31 days, so it should be calculated according to 21.75 average working days × actual working days (excluding weekends) stipulated by law. Both the probation period and the expiration of the probation period are calculated according to the basic salary of 21.75× actual working days. If 1511 and 2121 are basic salaries (excluding productive bonuses and attendance), then (151121.75× 15) (212121.75× 6) 1586.2 yuan. That is to say, 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, and more than 8 hours is overtime? Overtime pay is 1.5 times. The calculation method is basic salary divided by 21.75 divided by 8 times 1.5 times overtime hours ...? Overtime on Saturdays and Sundays is twice as much, and statutory holidays such as May 11th are three times as much.

Before, there were three methods to calculate the salary based on the fixed monthly salary system:

A: (fixed monthly salary/attendance days) * actual attendance days+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*1.5* overtime hours at ordinary times+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*2* overtime hours at weekends;

B: (fixed monthly salary-fixed monthly salary /21.92* days of absence)+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*1.5* overtime hours at ordinary times+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*2* overtime hours at weekends;

C: fixed monthly salary /21.92* actual attendance days+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*1.5* overtime hours at ordinary times+fixed monthly salary /21.92/8*2* overtime hours at weekends;

according to method a, the salary is 611/23 * 19+611/21.92/8 * 1.5 * 21 = 618.58

according to method b, the salary is 611-611/21.92 * 4+611/21.92/. 21=657.86
