2, alcohol content of 80mg/100ml or more, is drunk driving.

At present, drinking and driving is an offense and drunken driving is a crime.

Drinking and driving:

Drinking and driving a motor vehicle is punishable by a fine of 1,000 yuan to 2,000 yuan, 12 demerit points, and suspension of the driver's license for six months; Drinking and driving a motor vehicle is punishable by a fine of 5,000 yuan, 12 demerit points, and detention of not more than 15 days, and the driver's license may not be reissued for five years.

Drunk driving:

Drunk driving a motor vehicle, revocation of driver's license, can not get a new driver's license for five years, after the verdict, sentenced to detention, and a fine; drunk driving a motor vehicle, revocation of driver's license, can not get a new driver's license for 10 years, a lifetime ban on driving a commercial vehicle, after the verdict, sentenced to detention, and a fine.
