From now on, the decoration of the property community will be restored in an orderly manner during the epidemic period. The notice requires that under the strict implementation of scientific prevention and control and precise policy, in order to further improve the "import prevention" work, the city will continue to exert its efforts to restore the decoration and decoration work during the epidemic in the property community from two aspects: promoting epidemic prevention and control and resuming production.

Active reporting: Owners with decoration needs report to street communities and property service enterprises in their jurisdiction. During the epidemic, owners, decoration companies and property companies signed a decoration management agreement.

Health management: Construction enterprises should establish personal health records of employees to know their health status, recent travel history and close contact history. Implement employee health monitoring system and measure body temperature twice a day. Employees returning from areas with severe epidemic situation inside and outside the province must undergo 14 days of isolated medical observation before they can take up their posts.

Restricted personnel: giving priority to local employees and qualified enterprises. Centralized renovation of new residential areas, each household construction workers shall not exceed 3 people, sporadic renovation of residential areas, each household construction workers shall not exceed 4 people. The construction party should choose the wrong peak to enter the community.

Control of vehicles entering the residential area: Building materials transport vehicles that need to enter the residential area during the renovation process should be reported to the property management company one day in advance, and the property management company should register, disinfect and protect the vehicles as required. Construction workers entering and leaving the community should register with their real names through special channels to prevent construction vehicles from privately carrying construction workers into and out of the community.

The notice requires that property service enterprises should put an end to "examination and approval", adopt "telephone work" and "on-site work", and must not artificially set obstacles, do a good job in screening, registration and temperature measurement of construction workers, strengthen management, and increase the frequency of inspections. If it is found that construction workers do not wear masks and do not do a good job in ventilation and ventilation indoors, they should immediately be instructed to rectify and do a good job in joint prevention and control.
