However, some scenic spots were abandoned due to substandard services, which affected tourists' interest. In the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, Yesanpo, Laishui County, Hebei Province, welcomes tourists from all over the world to come for vacation and leisure with its unique and beautiful natural scenery and national standardized tourism services. It is understood that Yesanpo Scenic Area is the first national-level tourism service standardization demonstration area built in our province, and the first local service industry standard "Farmhouse Service Quality Specification" has been released. Sanpo Scenic Area is a 4a-level national scenic spot around Beijing. It is famous for its natural scenery and summer resort, attracting a large number of tourists from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. With the rapid development of tourism, farmhouse music has mushroomed in Yesanpo, including villas and farmhouse music 100, with more than 5,000 seats, more than 2,000 beds and more than 600 direct employees.

Before standardization, farmhouses were built by you and others, and the standards in all aspects were not standardized. Some lowered their prices in order to compete for tourists and China International Travel Agency, but at the same time they lowered their standards and fell into vicious competition. The service quality can't keep up, resulting in more complaints.

In view of the problems existing in Yesanpo's farmhouse tourism, Laishui County Quality Supervision Bureau formulated the first "Implementation Plan for Service Standardization Construction" in our province. Laishui Quality Supervision Bureau, together with Yesanpo Scenic Area Management Committee, first implemented standardized service management for hundreds of farmhouses with unique local characteristics in the scenic area, and formulated the first local service standard in Hebei Province, namely "Farmhouse Service Quality Specification". The whole set of standardized management mode of tourism service is organically combined with international and domestic advanced standards, so that its own tourism service level can reach the national standard level. The fields involved include scenic spots, travel agencies, hotels, farmhouses, transportation, entertainment, theaters, shops and other service industries and all employees. Accommodation, catering, bedding, services, etc. There are specific standards to enhance the image of scenic spots and reassure tourists.

At present, there are five passenger ropeways in Yesanpo Scenic Area, 1 slide. Whether it meets the standard or not is related to the safety of tourists. Two festivals are coming, Yesanpo has made full preparations, the passenger ropeway and large amusement facilities have just passed the safety inspection, and all kinds of service facilities are readily available. Many tourists like to buy some local products to take back after enjoying the scenery around the world. However, in some scenic spots, local products are short of weight and poor quality, which has brought adverse effects on the image and reputation of scenic spots.

In the standardization construction, the quality supervision department and the management committee of Yesanpo Scenic Area conducted a strict investigation and standardization of the local products sold in the scenic area, put an end to the shortage and shoddy phenomenon, and the satisfaction of tourists was obviously improved.

Standardization of scenic spot service

At present, Yesanpo Scenic Area has been successfully approved as the first batch of national tourism service standardization demonstration zone projects, and a number of scenic spots and tourism service units such as Bailixia Scenic Area, Shanshuiyifang Hotel, Shanlihong Farmhouse, Juma River Rafting, Weijia Passenger Transport Cableway and Yesanpo Grand Theatre have been identified as service standardization demonstration points. In early August alone, it received more than 400,000 tourists, including hotels, farmhouses and restaurants. Everyone in the scenic spot is very popular, and it is hard to find a room.
