The company has invested heavily in introducing six advanced fully automatic quartz stone production lines and advanced production technology from Guangdong, using high-quality quartz sand from Heyuan and India. Several upstream raw material suppliers in China have reached long-term cooperation agreements with our company, and on this basis, we have developed high-end quartz stones with multiple departments, multiple colors and specifications.

This product has the characteristics of no radiation, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, high strength, high hardness and no color absorption. Therefore, it is widely used in home interior decoration, high-end cabinet countertops, laboratory workbench, all kinds of hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, office buildings, hotel catering education research, medical institutions and other higher places on the ground, walls and various countertops.

How to produce quartz stone

1. Raw material collection: procurement of raw and auxiliary materials such as glass, Shi Ying and resin.

2. Material selection: the impurities and iron filings in the granular raw materials are removed by using fans, iron removal equipment and manual selection.

3. batching: after selecting materials, transport the materials into the mixing system. The materials are fully mixed in the gravity-free mixer to eliminate the problems of color difference and uneven particles. After mixing, it is transported to the corresponding batching bin, and the batching system automatically batching during production.

4. stirring: fully stir and mix unsaturated polyester resin, pigment, additives and granular powder.

5. Distribution: The stirred mixed materials pass through the conveyor belt and enter the distribution car, and then the materials are evenly distributed into the distribution mold frame by the distribution car.

6. Vacuum high-frequency vibrating platen: After the cloth is distributed, it will be transferred to a press device for vibration pressing under the vacuum condition of -1.1MPa.

7. heating, curing and shaping: after pressing, the blank is heated and shaped in a curing furnace at 85-111℃.

8. constant thickness grinding: after the blank is solidified, it is cooled for 24 hours and then enters the constant thickness equipment for constant thickness.

9. polishing: after the thickness is fixed, it will be polished by water mill with 21 polishing machines. According to different requirements, polishing until the gloss reaches 41-71.

11. inspection: inspect the appearance quality of the plate.

11. Board cutting: the products are cut to the required size by using vertical and horizontal cutting and bridge cutting machines.

12. packaging and warehousing: the cut products are air-dried and packaged, and then stored in the warehouse
