installation course of oil-water separator:
1. The entrance of the grille (sundries separation box) is enough, and it can be connected with other equipment by pipeline.
2. The oil-water separator must be adjusted to a horizontal position during installation.
3. Before the second use, the equipment should be filled with tap water, and the water level regulating tank should be adjusted so that the top of the water level regulating pipe and the upper edge of the oil spill tank are at the same level.
4. The position of the water inlet pipe should keep a certain distance from the sundries separation box to facilitate the removal of the sundries separation box.
5. Introduce oily wastewater, and adjust the water level regulating pipe again until the oil drain pipe only discharges oil and does not drain water.
6. If the position of the oil drain pipe is too low, open the cover plate of the equipment and take out the oil with tools.
7. When draining oil, first open the oil drain valve, drain some water at the bottom, and then collect waste oil.
8. After adjusting the regulating pipe, please don't touch it at will, otherwise it will affect the effluent quality.
The catering oil-water separator generally has the following functions:
1. Automatic separation and collection of sundries.
2. Sludge is separated and deposited in sludge bucket.
