The Ministry of Labor and Social Security officially launched the national professional qualification certification program for hotel managers last year. According to the project plan, the training contents include hotel management foundation, hotel catering management, hotel room service management, hotel service quality and safety management, hotel marketing and customer organization. The teaching method will be based on the combination of theory and practical cases, training and exam-oriented guidance. Students who study 120 hours, pass the national unified examination and pass the qualification examination will receive the professional qualification certificate of hotel manager assistant or hotel manager issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
