(a) Recruitment conditions

II. Helicopter Semi-Self-financed Flight Cadets (15)
(I) Recruitment Requirements
1. College or equivalent education; major is not limited;
2. Born after January 1, 1989; male;
3. IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 50 or above; fluent in English and Chinese;

(2) Training mode
1. One-year training: 3-6 months of theoretical training; helicopter flight training of about 8-10 months;
2. Completion of the relevant courses of the private license and the commercial license.
(C) Employment Arrangement
After graduation, trainees are required to obey the unified arrangement of Huafei Aviation for employment, and Huafei Aviation will give priority to retaining them, or Huafei Aviation will recommend them to work for other general aviation companies.
(4) Training Costs
The trainee himself/herself is responsible for 320,000 RMB, and the rest of the costs will be paid by Huafei or other general aviation companies (except for lodging, food, and travel).

(4) Training Costs
Fixed Wing: 600,000 RMB (including 10 months accommodation in USA).
Helicopter: 650,000 RMB (including 10 months accommodation in USA).
1. One-time payment of total training cost.
2. Loan: 290,000 RMB for the trainee to bear the training cost personally, and the rest can be assisted by Huafei Aviation to take out a loan.
