In order to strengthen the daily supervision and inspection of food production and business activities, implement the main responsibility of food producers and operators, and ensure food safety, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations.
Article 2:
These Measures shall apply to the daily supervision and inspection by the food and drug supervision and management departments on the implementation of food safety laws, regulations, rules and food safety standards by food (including food additives) producers and operators.
Article 3:
The daily supervision and inspection of food production and operation shall follow the principles of territorial responsibility, comprehensive coverage, risk management and information disclosure.
Article 4:
China Food and Drug Administration is responsible for supervising and guiding the daily supervision and inspection of food production and operation throughout the country. City and county food and drug supervision and management departments are responsible for the implementation of daily supervision and inspection of food production and operation within their respective administrative areas.

During the unannounced visit, it was found that some enterprises had many problems. After research, the 10 enterprises with problems were notified internally and dealt with seriously, including 2 stars, 5 rectification within a time limit and 3 warnings.
The relevant person in charge of Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau said that in order to standardize the hygiene management of tourist hotels and restaurants and effectively improve the hygiene level of enterprises, the bureau has organized relevant experts to study and formulate the Hygienic Standard for Tourist Hotels and Restaurants 100, which will be issued for enterprise reference in the near future.
At the same time, Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau will continue to organize unannounced visits, especially for enterprises with problems in the first round of unannounced visits, and will continue to follow up, strengthen supervision and implement rectification.
Those who still fail to meet the standards after rectification will be removed from the list or the relevant departments will be coordinated to cancel their business qualifications, and they will be publicized in the media to provide a high-quality and safe consumption environment for the vast number of tourism consumers and establish a good image of "friendly Shandong".
