Article 29 of the Administrative License Law

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations engaged in specific activities, which are required by law to obtain administrative licenses, shall submit an application to the administrative organ. The application requires the use of format text, the administrative organ shall provide the applicant with a format text of the application for administrative licenses. Format text of the application shall not contain the application for administrative licensing matters not directly related to the content.

The establishment of a company shall apply for pre-approval of the name.

Article 22

If the business scope for which a company applies for registration belongs to the items which are required by laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council to be approved before registration, the company shall report to the relevant state departments for approval before applying for registration, and submit the relevant approval documents to the company registration authority.

Article 25

A company established in accordance with law shall be issued a Business License for Enterprise Legal Person by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license shall be the date of establishment of the company. The company with the company registration authority issued by the "business license for enterprise legal persons" engraved seals, open bank accounts, apply for tax registration.
