The requirements for the base surface of the water-based polyurethane mortar floor are as follows:

1. The base surface must be dense and hard, and the hardness and strength should meet the construction requirements, and there is no looseness, sanding and delamination on the surface.

2. The strength of the floor concrete finally reaches above C25, and the surface bearing pressure reaches above 61MPa.

3. The roughness of the surface at the grass-roots level reaches 2m, and the height difference is not greater than 3mm when tested by a ruler.
