1, the beauty of Ru Ci

In China culture, every object is not a simple object. First, the Tao, then the device, and finally the use.

Porcelain is a wonderful intersection of gold, wood, water, earth and fire. Only in the mind can all these factors be sublimated, and the aesthetic artistic conception can be achieved.

Different porcelains have different spiritual connotations.

it's also blue and white porcelain. The patterns of blue and white flowers in Yuan Dynasty are mainly grass-rolling patterns and flower-winding patterns, because Yuan people are nomadic people and aquatic plants are the source of their life. In their eyes, it is a vast land and boundless sky, and its shape is full, majestic and round. The pattern of blue and white flowers in the Ming Dynasty is the emotional appeal of literati, such as plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, fishing, firewood, ploughing, reading, prime minister in the mountains, scholar under the forest, and so on.

Ru Ci doesn't win by showing off colors, nor does he speak with patterns.

Ru Ci is porcelain itself.

it is motionless and communicates with you heart to heart. It's as silent as thunder, and your mood can't help but start shaking and shaking.

Ru Ci's philosophy is more profound and authentic, and it is the unity of Zen, Confucianism and Taoism.

2. Why is it in Ruzhou?

Ruzhou has a unique position. Located in the southwest corner of the Central Plains, Funiu Mountain and Song ji shan are embraced by the north and south. Tianmen in the northwest has a que, which is in communication with Xi 'an and Luoyang. The southeast is open and connected with the Jianghuai and Jianghan plains.

Ruzhou is not only in the center of civilization, but also in the land of four wars. It is not only a paradise, but also has unimpeded traffic with the outside world; It is not only suitable for Gao Shi to retreat, but also can lose no time to dedicate the "Tao" he has realized.

In ancient times, there were two hermits in Ruzhou, one was Guang Chengzi, the teacher of Huangdi, and the other was Xu You, the teacher of Yao and Shun, who made great contributions to the birth and maturity of Chinese civilization.

In the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Western Jin Dynasty, the Northern Wei Dynasty and the Tang Dynasty, Luoyang was the political, economic and cultural center, while Ruzhou was the back garden of the imperial court.

in the eastern Han dynasty, before Buddhism became popular, monks preached Buddhism in fengxue temple, Ruzhou.

During the Northern Wei Dynasty, the Buddhist monk Bao Zhi from Liang Wudi in the Southern Dynasties traveled from Jiankang to Luoyang via Tianzhu Mountain in Anhui Province. Stay in Ruzhou and talk about Hokkekyo. Today's Faxing Temple, formerly known as "Hokkeji", was built in memory of monk Baozhi. There is a cenotaph of the monk Baozhi in the temple, and a pagoda was built in the Tang Dynasty.

during the kaiyuan period of the Tang dynasty, Zhen Zen master of Tiantai Sect preached dharma in Luoyang, and because of the hustle and bustle of the city, he came to fengxue temple in Ruzhou to sit in meditation. After his death, he was named "Seven Ancestors of Tiantai" by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty.

in the five dynasties and ten countries, the world was in chaos and Ruzhou was stable. Two eminent monks of the third generation of Linjizong came to Ruzhou at the same time, one was Hui Qing Zen Master in South Campus (nanzenji) and the other was Siming Zen Master in West Campus (Xichan Temple). After being enlightened, the disciple of Huiqing of the Southern Academy, Yan Numa, preached the Dharma in fengxue temple and carried forward the Zen method of hanging by a thread. For a time, Ruzhou became a sacred place in the eyes of monks all over the world. "A Brief Introduction to the Wind Cave" says: "From the south courtyard down, the Buddha is telling the truth, and the lights are continuing. Those who record the history of the past, although they are inexhaustible, come from the same source, shoulder to shoulder, and Ruhai is a wind, and it is unique for a while. The meeting of the clouds, dragons and tigers in the solid and legal transport is also embarrassing! "

3. Ruzhou and the Palace in the Northern Song Dynasty

In the Northern Song Dynasty, the political center of China was between Bianjing and Luoyang. Ruzhou is Zhili Prefecture, and it has a strong position with East and West Beijing. Veterans frustrated in the political struggle, such as Wen Yanbo, Sima Guang and Fu Bi, live in Luoyang for the aged. Ruzhou is the relegation place of the ministers of the DPRK, the temporary residence place of the ministers who are about to use, and the training place of political rookies. Famous officials such as Lv Duan, Yang Yi, Fu Bi, Wang Su, Wang Sui, Ouyang Xiu, Cheng Hao, Cheng Yi, Fan Chunren, Zhang Dun, Zhang Shangying, Su Shi, Su Zhe, Huang Tingjian, Zhang Lei, Jiang Zhiqi, etc., all worked and visited friends in Ruzhou.

When these cultural elites come to Ruzhou, whether they are relegated or promoted, whether they are visiting relatives or playing, they all have the same hobby, that is, visiting eminent monks, and Zen meditation asks.

Prime Minister Wang Sui (about 975-1133), a disciple of Yan Zhao who paid a visit to Fengxue, missed the Zen master in Shoushan Province, which implied the meaning. On his deathbed, he wrote in calligraphy: "The drawing hall light has gone out, so who should I tell?". To live in the ordinary, the spring breeze sweeps away the residual clouds. "

Yang Yi, Hanlin, was appointed as the magistrate of Ruzhou during the reign of Emperor Zhenzong, and visited Zen Master Fa Sun Guanghui and Yuan Lian in Yanuma. Yang Yi is conceited and talented. When he meets, he says, "Who is the bosom friend?" In a few words, Yang Yi didn't know how to answer, only Nuo Nuo. Yuan Lian smiled: "The grass thief was defeated."

When they talked about it late at night, Yang Yi said, "I once asked Master Liang of Yunyan Temple,' What happens when two big worms bite each other?' I'm sure the Zen master said,' One meets the other.' I don't think it's appropriate and I don't know how to answer it. "Yuan Lian made a nose-dragging gesture and said," This beast will continue to jump! "

Yang Yi suddenly realized, and made a cloud:

An octagonal millstone walks in the air, and a golden lion becomes a dog.

If you want to hide the Beidou, you should put your hands together after Nanchen.

Yang Yi often travels in fengxue temple, and there is a poem "Listen to the Pearl Spring":

Why buy pearls in ten hooves? The dripping spring sounds different.

The abdomen never belongs to the big valley, and the jaw of the dragon is clear.

Xiao Hao's poems are encroached upon, and the ancient temple is empty with the sound of falling calendar.

Night dreams don't scare the snow, but wake up to sweep the words with the wind.

If you don't see me, Ginga Banj?'s height will be revealed in your chest, so you can pack up the pearl and present it to the holy court.

The brothers Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi, the Neo-Confucians, are both studying and giving lectures in Ruzhou. According to the historical data, "Cheng Zhengshu read Neidian late, and only when he met Yuan Lian did he learn this." That is to say, after Cheng Yi visited Guanghui Yuanlian, a monk in Ruzhou, he made great progress in learning.

Fan Chunren, the son of Fan Zhongyan, wrote poems to praise the hot springs in Ruzhou, which was full of Zen:

The source of spirits was cooked by the yin fire in front of the mountain, and he was once revered by Wan Cheng.

it's the same with the ups and downs, and it doesn't get cold and warm with the world.

fengxue temple's descendants are all over the country, which has a great influence on the literati. Fan Zhongyan, Ouyang Xiu, Zhou Dunyi, Xu Li Zunxu, Wang Anshi, Su Shi, Su Zhe, Cheng Hao, Cheng Yi, Zhang Shangying, Wang Shao and Huang Tingjian are all enlightened laymen and lay disciples of fengxue temple.

Two eminent monks from Ruzhou were welcomed to the palace and honored as Buddhist teachers.

True Zen Master was one of the first disciples to follow Yanuma. He managed the vegetable garden in fengxue temple and lived in Guanghui Temple in Ruzhou City. Emperor Renzong invited him to the palace to read the collection and gave him purple "Guang Hui Zhen".

One night, Renzong dreamed that there was a dragon flat at the entrance of Jingde Temple, and he was shocked. The chamberlain hurried to check and saw a Zen master sleeping soundly. When asked, it turned out to be Daolong, a disciple of Zen master Guanghui Yuanlian. The chamberlain returned to the emperor: "This is a good sign."

The next day, I called Daolong to the Convenient Hall, asked about the purpose, and stayed in the palace to talk about the classics and the Tao, and gave him a special courtesy, giving him the title of "Master should be enlightened and enlightened". Daolong repeatedly begged to return to the mountains, but Renzong refused, so he built a fine house outside Cao Gate and gave it the name "Huayan Temple".

These eminent monks and ministers brought Fengxue Zen to the court, which had a great influence on the spiritual world of the ruling and opposition parties in the Northern Song Dynasty.

At the same time, they also brought the royal weather and elegant style of writing to Ruzhou, which greatly improved the cultural taste and aesthetic vision of Ruzhou people. Wang Cai, the magistrate of Ruzhou, is the son of Xiang Min Gong Wang Shao. He re-edited the pavilion posts that only families with second-class officials or above in the DPRK would have, and carved them in Ruzhou, which became a model for children of Ruzhou and even scholars all over the world to learn Chinese characters and understand the classics. According to historical records, there is an endless stream of people posting posts, with an annual increase of 11,111 copies, which makes officials in Ruzhou miserable. That is to say, the stone engraved with Ru Tie has not been idle for a quarter of an hour, and it was cracked in less than twenty years.

4. Ru Ci, why is it so beautiful

Many ceramic researchers looked up historical materials, but they didn't find that Ruzhou, like the official kiln in Jingdezhen, had ceramic supervision officials sent by the imperial court.

the birth of Ru Ci is based on its rich cultural soil.

Zen monks' peaceful mind, Confucian feelings of officials and scholars' concern for the country and love for the people, and elegant aesthetic vision of literati endow Ru Ci and China with the core content of traditional culture.

pure, connected with the noble mind of Zen.

Green symbolizes the endless life philosophy of Confucianism.

vibrant and clean. Ru Ci's glaze color, azure, bean green, moonlight and so on, all swim between these two poles, and the mysterious opening forms the quiet and profound charm of Ru Ci.

People often say that Ru Ci reflects the mysterious Taoist thought.

this aesthetic judgment, though a little simplistic. From the visual impression, it's also accurate.

Taoists stress both life and cultivation. Sexist, human's clean nature; Life is life. Guang Chengzi said: "the essence of the supreme Tao is subtle;" To the extreme, faint and silent. Ignoring and not listening, holding the god to be quiet, the shape will be self-correcting, and it will be quiet and clear. " This is the artistic conception expressed by Ru Ci. Guang Chengzi added, "Being a woman is superior to Daming, and she is the source of Yang.": For a woman to enter the gate of darkness, to the original of Yin. " The origin of "supreme yang" and "supreme yin" coincides with the two poles of Confucian philosophy of life and Zen philosophy of mind.

In the period of Zhezong, Ru Ci was very popular with scholars and Zen practitioners. Zen master Huihong likes to fight tea. "Begging for Poetry without Learning Tea": "Look at the floating breasts with a deep buckle, and you must spare you when ordering tea samadhi." Rao means Raozhou, referring to Jingdezhen porcelain, and you mean Ruzhou, referring to Ru Ci. Su Shi, Su Zhe, Huang Tingjian, Zhang Shangying, etc. are all good friends of Hui Hong, and they are all masters of drinking and fighting tea.

Wang Cai is a great scholar, and he is also "good at spreading the Tao". At that time, Song Huizong was respecting Taoism and doting on Taoist Lin Lingsu. Lin Lingsu, originally the Nunnery of Su Dongpo, abandoned Confucianism and practiced monasticism.

Lin Lingsu admired Wang Cai's ways, but Wang Cai was ashamed of him. In the History of Song Dynasty, Lin Lingsu "is inferior to himself in skill, willing to swim with him and refusing to make a fortune". "Recording after Dust" said: "The auxiliary road (Wang Cai) tasted that it was too absurd for other guests." Wang Cai was framed to death by Lin Lingsu.

During Wang Cai's tenure as the magistrate of Ruzhou, it was the heyday of Ruguan Kiln. He said, "After coming to you for more than a year, officials and people are accustomed to it, and they can't bear to be entrusted." His way of being an official is the Taoist "governing by doing nothing".

It is precisely because of the cultural nourishment of Zen, Neo-Confucianism and Taoism that Ru Ci stands out from celadon.

compared with its "eldest brother" Yaozhou porcelain, it is no longer a simple and gloomy turquoise, but a holy light.

compared with its "twin brother" Jun porcelain, you and Jun are not divided, and they have taken a different path. A colorful, lively and gorgeous; A simple, quiet and elegant.
