Project preparation
1. Self-provided items: ID card, sportswear (more than 4 sets), sports shoes (light, soft-soled, breathable; More than 2 pairs), slippers, umbrellas, 1 sports backpacks, water cups, underwear (multiple pieces), toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
2. Items provided by the weight-loss camp: 1 short-sleeved T-shirt, 1 towel, 65438 bucket, 1 bag of washing powder, and 6 clothes hangers.
3. Do not bring anything: food and beverage: all kinds of snacks, fruits, chewing gum, all kinds of health products, carbonated and sugary drinks, milk and related products;
