Equipped with special vehicles for forest fire control, the forest fire prevention headquarters of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate state planning shall, jointly with the planning, finance and material departments, put forward a compilation plan, report it to the people's government at the same level for examination and approval, and report it to the National Forest Fire Prevention Command for the record. Therefore, forest fire commanders do not need to buy their own vehicles separately, but will have special vehicles to use.

The tasks of the forest commander are as follows:

1. Forest fire warning and forest fire source monitoring and management;

2 to carry out forest fire fighting and forest aviation fire fighting;

3. Conduct forest fire control communication;

4 to carry out forest fire prevention inspection and forest fire prevention publicity.
