On October 27, 2022, from 0-24 hours, there was 1 new confirmed case of New Coronavirus Pneumonia in Hebei Province; there were 20 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons, including 4 cases in Baoding City, 3 cases in Zhangjiakou City, 3 cases in Tangshan City, and 2 cases in Shijiazhuang City, There were 20 new asymptomatic infections, including 4 cases in Baoding, 3 cases in Zhangjiakou, 3 cases in Tangshan, 2 cases in Shijiazhuang, 2 cases in Cangzhou, 2 cases in Xingtai, 1 case in Chengde, 1 case in Langfang, 1 case in Handan and 1 case in Qinhuangdao. Asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation in 15 cases.

As of 24:00 on October 27, there were two confirmed cases in Hebei province; 126 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were still under medical observation.
