Since joining the kindergarten teacher's studio, I feel that I have great responsibility and pressure. We want to inject freshness and vitality into preschool education in Huainan and bring effective guidance and guidance through the strength of our team.
Therefore, I always urge myself to constantly absorb new knowledge, open up new ideas and be a thoughtful and insightful preschool teacher. This semester, I took time out of my busy schedule. In addition to reading a large number of pre-school newspapers and magazines, I also read books such as "Complete Growth" by Xue xx and "Who Stole Children's Happiness" by Chen xx, enriching my theoretical knowledge and constantly updating my educational philosophy. In order not to be divorced from theory and practice, I insist on attending classes after work, and use my business study time to discuss and communicate with teachers to explore practical and innovative educational and teaching practice strategies.

As a grass-roots kindergarten builder, especially in some rural kindergartens, I really admire and am very moved, because I can express my vision and career ideal so sincerely and excitedly.
On May 17, xx, I undertook the teaching work of the qualification training course for kindergarten directors in XX District, the content of which was "Design and Implementation of Kindergarten Education Activities", which was warmly welcomed by the kindergarten directors in panji district. In the summer vacation of XX, I was invited to give a lecture on "Implementation of Kindergarten Day Routine" in maoji government kindergartens, which fundamentally solved the teachers' confusion in daily education and teaching activities.

At the same time, I insisted on leading teachers to help with teaching: I went to Bagongshan Little Swan Kindergarten twice to teach eight classes, and I went to maoji government kindergarten twice to teach seven classes and give lectures twice; Invited to visit the park 7 times; In addition, we invited three parks to study with their classes for a week and achieved good results.
3. Undertake the on-the-job practice of distance training in xx kindergarten under the national training plan.

For two and a half months, I stayed by the computer for several hours every day, and I had no time during the day. I only use the evening time, and often work late into the night or even early in the morning. On the morning of 28th, more than 200 kindergarten teachers from all over the province came to my kindergarten. They observed morning activities, regional activities, morning exercises, etc., focusing on two outdoor game activities carefully arranged by us, namely "Tire Music" by Teacher Chen Runrun and "Golden Hoop Change" by Teacher Li Nannan. These two activities are novel and interesting, which enable children to exercise, cultivate innovative consciousness and cooperate happily in pleasant game activities. Teacher Cui Yun, an expert group of China Normal University, made a wonderful comment on these two activities after observing the activities, which benefited the teachers present. This year, my five apprentices were in a special period of their lives: getting married and having children, but I never forgot to remind them that they can't stop learning and progress. For example, when the child was less than three months old, Mr. Chen Runrun resolutely accepted the teaching observation activities of on-the-job practice activities of preschool teachers in Anhui Province and achieved good results; Teachers Chen Runrun and Nie Fangfang's children are two months old and less than one month old, respectively. They participated in the competition of rising stars in Tianjiaan District, especially Nie Fangfang attended the silent class before the full moon. The other three apprentices, Qian Juan, were pregnant and insisted on being the guidance and teaching assistant of the parent-child class in the garden.
