Third, the current problems of urban greening

Due to historical reasons, the buildings in the old city, especially in the urban center, are crowded, the green space is small, and the green protection facilities are not perfect, resulting in the embarrassing situation of less green space and lack of large-scale green space. Our city must firmly follow the unified planning, tear down the wall and build green, and gradually transform the old city into a new city that meets the requirements of a garden city.

(2) The greening quality of residential areas is uneven.

Due to the wide range of the community, large area and many developers, it is relatively scattered. Although they all follow the overall greening plan, the specific design of each part is different, the species are diverse and the specifications are different, which leads to the lack of systematicness in the greening of the community and gives people a sense of disorder.

(3) The introduction and domestication are not strong.

There is little contact with greening scientific research units in advanced areas, and the domestication project of plant varieties in our city needs to be strengthened. Domesticated varieties should be trees with strong adaptability, less pests and diseases and good landscape effect.

(D) the landscaping maintenance work is not detailed.

The urban greening area is increasing, while the maintenance cost of landscaping is decreasing. The lack of funds leads to the maintenance work can only stay at a relatively extensive level. As the saying goes, it is necessary to raise funds for urban greening construction through multiple channels, increase the cost of urban greening maintenance, and urge the maintenance management to be refined and standardized.

Four. Future work plan

The urban landscaping work in our city will continue to follow the working idea of "focusing on reform and creation" put forward by the provincial government, highlight key points, and concentrate on building a number of large-scale image projects and quality projects to ensure a new improvement in the level of urban greening.
