Fifth, improving cadres' practical ability and strengthening the transformation of training results are the starting point and the end result of cadre education and training. During the inspection, we deeply felt that the reform, exploration and innovative development of cadre education and training in various places could not be separated from strong financial support. Even in cities with relatively weak financial resources, they are very willing to invest in cadre education and training. Cadres' education and training funds are generally included in the financial budget in all localities, which makes all kinds of main classes generally have reliable sources of funds. Some areas have invested a lot of money to run classes in famous foreign universities, and selected cadres to participate in postgraduate classes, MBA classes and MPA classes, and great progress has been made in cadre education and training.

Drawing on the advanced experience of seven cities, combined with the overall requirements of implementing the cadre knowledge renewal project in our city in the next three years, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the talent training work in our city.

(1) Establish and improve the training system. Through the organic combination of administrative means and market means, we should comprehensively consider the education and training resources of the whole society.
