Hourly employees (Jiashike internal employees, cashier, aquatic product processor, customer service, supermarket floor salesperson, etc. ) are paid according to the working hours of the month. Excellent employees have bonuses but no commission on goods.

There are also factory representatives (the store clerk of Jiashike needs to be managed by Jiashike, but the basic salary of non-Jiashike employees plus commission)

The factory representative can go to the store and ask directly. If you want to apply, hourly employees can register their personal data in the employee channel next to the West Third Gate, but the probability is very low, because most of the training needs are unified recruitment training.

According to the factory representative, hourly workers are not allowed to work for about one month 160- 180 hours, and the daily working hours range from 4 hours to 12 hours. Employees can only take one day off on weekends, with an average of about 4-6 days a month.
