E-commerce research report model article (1) E-commerce is a business activity using electronic tools and network communication technology. It has created a brand-new mode of people buying and selling products, which has posed a revolutionary challenge to people's face-to-face buying and selling in the past. E-commerce will have an immeasurable impact on the development of local economy. Economists predict: "In 2 1 century, there will be either e-commerce or no commerce."
In order to further optimize the development environment of e-commerce in our county, expand the e-commerce industry, promote industrial upgrading, and strive to build a demonstration base of e-commerce in the whole province, according to the instructions of the leaders of the county government, a joint research group composed of the County Industry and Information Committee, the Bureau of Commerce and the Science and Technology Bureau recently conducted an investigation on the development of e-commerce in our county. The investigation report is as follows:
First, the status of China's e-commerce development
According to the survey statistics, nearly 6,000 people in the county are engaged in e-commerce activities all over the country, among which more than 5,000 people are engaged in e-commerce outside the county, most of whom work for e-commerce enterprises, engaged in customer service, art design, promotion, distribution and other businesses; Nearly 1 10,000 people in the county have started businesses through e-commerce. In 20xx, only a few enterprises in our county, such as Jiuzhou, Universal and Kang Shu, used e-commerce to sell their products. Among them, Global Ceramics Company sells about 1000 ceramic cups every day through the e-commerce platform, and Jiuzhou Ceramics Company achieved online sales of about 4 million yuan from September of 20xx to February of 12. Since 20xx, the e-commerce in our county has developed rapidly, especially the completion and good operation of Lichuan Dongxin e-commerce park, which has formed an agglomeration effect, attracted a group of high-quality e-commerce talents to start businesses in Li, and expanded the sales channels of Lichuan native products; The number of individual e-commerce teams is also growing, and the business volume of e-commerce is increasing day by day. According to the survey, in 20xx, the average daily delivery in our county was less than 100, and one truck was not satisfied. At present, the express delivery in our county reaches 5000 pieces every day, and three big trucks can't hold it, and the goods blow out. According to the average calculation of 100 yuan/piece, the express delivery outside the county now reaches 500,000 yuan every day. In order to standardize and strengthen the management of e-commerce industry, enhance the cohesion among e-commerce enterprises, and realize the development of the group, the lichuan county E-commerce Industry Chamber of Commerce was established on June 20th, 20xx, under the initiative of the county industrial and information commission, the Bureau of Commerce, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Dongxin E-commerce Park and other related e-commerce enterprises, after intensive preparations and the approval of the county Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Civil Affairs Bureau. This is also the first e-commerce chamber of commerce in Fuzhou, which will strongly promote the further orderly, healthy and rapid development of e-commerce in our county. According to the current explosive development forecast of e-commerce, within two years, the annual transaction volume of e-commerce in our county will exceed 654.38 billion yuan. E-commerce in our county started late, but in Fuzhou and even Jiangxi Province, it is leading the brother cities and counties with "Lichuan speed".
In order to integrate e-commerce resources in Lichuan, give full play to the advantages of intensive e-commerce, reduce operating costs and cultivate e-commerce talents in our county, in 20xx, our county Dongxin Industrial Co., Ltd. invested 72 million yuan to establish Lichuan Dongxin e-commerce park in the county ceramic industrial park. The park covers an area of 48. 15 mu, with 6,400 ㎡ e-commerce office buildings and 3 10000㎡ warehouses, which can accommodate1000 e-commerce enterprises. There are relatively perfect service institutions such as e-commerce training room, agricultural and sideline products testing center, express delivery, network technology and product photography; High-quality e-commerce talents have been introduced to start businesses in their hometowns, such as: Fudan University graduate student, Mr. Zhou Shangbiao, general manager of Beijing Yuda Kangxu Company, Mr. Yuan Chunshui of Shanghai, Mr. Cai Kui of Shanghai, Mr. Ouyang Fabao of Shishi, Mr. Kong Lingrong of Yiwu and other e-commerce enterprises have settled in, and a large number of foreign e-commerce enterprises from Lichuan are making preliminary preparations to settle in Dongchuan Dongxin E-commerce Park. These local e-commerce companies have a high starting point and have many years of experience in e-commerce sales. It is expected that in the near future, Dongxin e-commerce park will become a new growth pole of county economy.
Because Lichuan Dongxin E-commerce Park is not only the first e-commerce park in our county, but also the first e-commerce park in Fuzhou, in view of the rapid development and outstanding performance of the park, Cai Fugen, the person in charge of the park, was elected as the vice president of Jiangxi E-commerce Association. In August this year, Lichuan Dongxin E-commerce Park was named as Jiangxi E-commerce Demonstration Base. Wang Hongguang, Director of E-commerce Department of Provincial Department of Commerce, spoke highly of it when he visited the park. He believes that the software and hardware facilities of Dongchuan Dongxin E-commerce Park have reached the standards of provincial-level e-commerce demonstration parks, and the speed of park construction and e-commerce business development is only a handful in the whole province, and puts forward a new concept of "Lichuan speed" for developing e-commerce.
It is not difficult to predict that the rapid development of e-commerce will not only accelerate the rapid circulation of industrial and agricultural products in our county by "multiplier effect", such as ceramics, shoes and umbrellas, oil paintings, mushrooms, Agrocybe aegerita, straw mushrooms, fermented sugar, torreya grandis, yew and so on. , thus promoting the rapid development of the real economy in our county, but in turn, the real economy that has been rapidly developed after being pulled will gather in e-commerce to promote the development of e-commerce in our county. In this way, the e-commerce economy and the real economy in our county will enter a benign development period of mutual promotion and mutual promotion.
Second, the situation of going out for inspection
In order to learn from foreign advanced experience, seize opportunities, and promote economic transformation and upgrading, Yao, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and secretary of the County Discipline Inspection Commission, and Wu, deputy head of the county government, led by the county industrial and information commission, the Bureau of Commerce, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Ceramics Bureau, the post office and other departments and the main leaders of Dongxin e-commerce park, paid special attention to the development of e-commerce in Dehua and Quanzhou, Fujian. According to the survey, the important role of e-commerce in stimulating local economic development is self-evident, and local governments have introduced measures to encourage and promote the development of e-commerce, such as "Ten Measures to Further Accelerate the Development of E-commerce" launched by Quanzhou, Fujian Province in October, and "Twelve Measures to Support the Development of E-commerce" launched by Dehua County in September, 20xx. These measures have undoubtedly injected a powerful booster into the rapid development of local e-commerce.
In order to learn from foreign experience, the research team went to Dehua County, Fujian Province on June 4-5, 20xx for investigation.
There are about 1400 ceramic enterprises in Dehua county, including more than 300 in official website. Online shop 1800 (mostly self-employed). On Alibaba, 727 Dehua ceramic enterprises passed the integrity certification, accounting for 52% of the county's ceramic enterprises. In 20xx, there were 9,545 shops related to "ceramic tableware" and "ceramic tea set" on Taobao, including 780 Dehua ceramics, accounting for 8. 1% of the website. Due to the financial crisis and the depreciation of the US dollar, Dehua ceramics export base has also turned to domestic sales due to the serious obstruction of product export. The Dehua e-commerce industry, which started earlier, provided a broad platform for Dehua ceramics to explore the domestic market. The sales of ceramics in Dehua County with the help of this platform also soared from 600 million yuan in 20xx to 654.38 billion yuan in 20xx, an increase of 66%. As a ceramic export base, Dehua ceramic industry has not been affected by the financial crisis and the depreciation of the US dollar, but has also achieved greater development through the use of e-commerce platforms.
For the common development of Dehua's young people and small-scale e-commerce enterprises, and to reduce the operating cost of e-commerce, Dehua county government began to build Dehua ceramic e-commerce park in February of 65438+20xx. 20xx Park was completed in June and started to recruit e-commerce. By the end of May this year, there were 66 e-businesses, including 59 ceramic sales enterprises, 5 service organizations and 2 training centers. In the first five months of this year alone, the turnover of Dehua ceramics e-commerce park has exceeded 654.38+0 billion yuan, which has become the main driving force for the rapid development of Dehua ceramics.
According to the person in charge of Dehua Ceramic E-commerce Park, the rapid development of the park mainly benefits from the strong support of the local government. The county government not only invested in the construction of the ceramic e-commerce park, but also issued 12 "Measures to Support the Development of E-commerce in Dehua County" (see annex) in September of 20xx. At the meeting where relevant departments such as taxation were convened to study how to speed up the development of the park, the county leaders clearly pointed out that the development of Dehua ceramic e-commerce park depends on the strong support of relevant departments. In the early stage of the development of ceramic e-commerce park, it is not enough for all relevant administrative law enforcement departments to turn a blind eye. It is best to turn a blind eye. With the strong support of the government, the tax authorities did not ask the park merchants to pay taxes, and other departments did not have any adverse effects on the normal operation of e-commerce in the park, which undoubtedly increased the attraction of Dehua to introduce and retain e-commerce and injected a shot in the arm for the rapid development of Dehua's e-commerce industry.
Third, the current problems in the development of e-commerce in China
1, insufficient publicity. E-commerce focuses on publicity. On April 1 day this year, Jiangxi Daily published "Lichuan Farmers as E-commerce", and on June 16, Fuzhou Daily published "Lichuan E-commerce Speed", which made Lichuan e-commerce industry famous and the sales performance of individual e-commerce increased rapidly. However, in the e-commerce industry, because most of the e-commerce practitioners in the county are self-employed, the investment is limited, and it is even more impossible to spend a lot of money on advertising, so that netizens lack understanding of Lichuan, and Lichuan has a small market share in e-commerce.
2. Starting late, it is difficult for the brand to "stand out". By the end of 20xx, there were more than 3 1.7 million ceramic shops on Taobao, and there were 1.8 million pieces of ceramic products. Some well-known brands in Dehua County, such as nine ceramic products such as Guanfu and Zhuo Yue, boarded Taobao Mall, and their e-commerce management departments are still clamoring for a sense of crisis, demanding to speed up the development of e-commerce. At that time, although there were sporadic e-commerce shops in our county, there were also some industrial products, such as porcelain pots, tea cups and global tableware in Kyushu, which began to be sold through e-commerce, but the quantity was very small. E-commerce in our county began to develop greatly in 20xx. Many individuals started to open their own stores by working for e-commerce bosses, gradually improving their store reputation and establishing their own brands. Kang Shu porcelain pots and some shoes and clothing also entered the ranks of e-commerce sales. At the beginning of this year, Dongxin E-commerce Park was completed. With the arrival of e-commerce companies such as Shangcheng Company, the products of ceramic enterprises such as Jiashun, Huaxing and Shu Ya began to be sold through e-commerce platforms. However, in the vast number of e-commerce online stores and e-commerce products, it is not easy for consumers to find later stores and products. Only by organizing a strong professional team, supplemented by abundant funds to carry out targeted extensive and in-depth publicity, is it an effective channel for our county products to stand out in a short time.
3. There is a serious shortage of e-commerce talents. E-commerce is a virtual transaction process. When online shoppers click on the goods they want to buy, they can only learn about all kinds of goods through the pictures, product introductions and explanations of service personnel provided by the online shop, but they can't see or touch the real things, which puts great challenges on the staff of the online shop in terms of photo processing technology, product technology and communication to "incite" customers. Therefore, in order to speed up the development of e-commerce industry in our county and provide impetus for the rapid development of industry and agriculture in our county, we need talents who have superb image processing skills, are familiar with product performance, and can skillfully use various online platforms and online media (such as Weibo and forums). ) to spread the brand. However, in order to speed up the development of e-commerce industry in our county, a large number of talents with such e-commerce practitioners are lacking.
4. The development environment of e-commerce needs to be further optimized. In order to reduce the rent of houses and warehouses, reduce operating costs, and let brothers, sisters, relatives and friends help and find jobs, many Lichuan merchants who open online stores in other places are interested in going back to their hometown to open stores. However, less than a week after the e-commerce company settled in Dongchuan Dongxin e-commerce park registered in our county, the tax authorities required each store to pay 800 yuan every month, regardless of its operating conditions. Because local products have been taxed once in the production enterprises, if Lichuan is sold through e-commerce and then taxed, it will increase the sales cost of products and make our products at an obvious disadvantage in the market competition. Moreover, the state clearly stipulates that all agricultural and sideline products and small and micro enterprises with an annual turnover of less than 200,000 yuan are tax-free. These newly opened businesses not only have to pay the deposit for opening the store, but also ensure a certain sales volume (otherwise the products will be removed from the online store), which is already very stressful. If we don't give them a more relaxed environment, not only will foreign e-commerce companies who hesitate to wait and see not return to China, but e-commerce companies in the county may also move out, which will seriously affect the development of e-commerce industry in our county.
Fourth, thinking after the investigation.
At present, e-commerce in China is developing rapidly. The annual sales of e-commerce in China exceeds 10 billion yuan, and the turnover of e-commerce in Dehua County alone exceeded 10 billion yuan in the first five months of this year. Although our county's e-commerce ranks among the best in Fuzhou, it lags behind Fujian Dehua County seriously. If we don't make great efforts to do e-commerce in time, our county's e-commerce will be submerged by the national e-commerce sea, and our county will also miss the great opportunity of economic leap-forward development. To this end, the research team believes that the following issues are worth considering:
(1) Although the e-commerce in our county has developed rapidly in recent years and the Lichuan E-commerce Chamber of Commerce was established on June 20th, it is still in a state of spontaneous development among the people. If the government can give correct guidance and support as soon as possible and introduce relevant encouragement policies, it will further promote the orderly and rapid development of e-commerce in our county. Lichuan Dongxin E-commerce Park has gathered 100 e-commerce enterprises and achieved sales of 10 billion yuan.
(2) Whether the government can take the lead, unite enterprises, carry out promotion activities on major mainstream websites, and make use of the existing e-commerce platform resources to make our county's local product brand bigger and stronger;
1. Give full play to the advantage of "China Daily Heat-resistant Porcelain Production Base" and spread Lichuan ceramic products to major e-commerce online stores.
2. Use the brand of "Oil Painting Base" to attract more electronic merchants to sell oil painting products in our county.
3. Use the e-commerce platform to promote the sales of agricultural and sideline products in our county to a higher, broader and deeper level.
(3) Whether policies and measures to accelerate the development of electric power in our county can be formulated as soon as possible. In 20xx 1 1, our province issued "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of E-commerce Industry", and the Fuzhou Municipal Government issued "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of E-commerce" in February 20xx. According to the survey, many Lichuan e-commerce companies engaged in e-commerce abroad are interested in returning to China to start businesses. If our county can formulate policies to promote the development of e-commerce as soon as possible, such as e-commerce self-employment loans, rent relief, tax relief, sales incentives, free training and so on. , will further optimize the development environment of e-commerce industry in our county, expand the e-commerce team, and help the rapid, healthy and orderly development of e-commerce in our county.
E-commerce research report (2) 1. The concept of e-commerce and the characteristics of rural e-commerce in China
(A) the concept of e-commerce
E-commerce refers to commercial activities centered on commodity exchange with the help of information network technology. It can also be understood as trading activities and related services conducted on the Internet, Intranet and VAN (Value-added Network), which are electronic, networked and informationized in all aspects of traditional business activities.
E-commerce usually refers to a new business operation mode in which buyers and sellers conduct various business activities without meeting each other in a wide range of business and trade activities around the world under the open network environment of the Internet, and realize online shopping for consumers, online trading for merchants and online electronic payment, as well as various business activities, trading activities, financial activities and related comprehensive service activities. Governments, scholars and business people in various countries have given many different definitions according to their respective positions and different angles and degrees of participation in e-commerce. E-commerce is divided into B2B, B2C, C2C, B2M, M2C, B2A (namely B2G), C2A (namely C2G), O2O and so on.
(B) the characteristics of rural e-commerce
Rural e-commerce services various rural resources through network platform grafting, expands the service field of rural information service industry, and makes it become the information service stations for agriculture, countryside and farmers all over the towns. As a sub-business platform of the first rural power storage network, the physical terminal directly takes root in rural areas to serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and truly makes serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers the biggest beneficiary of the platform. Mu Dan
Previously, e-commerce behavior was mostly confined to urban consumers and some service commodity enterprises, but it was not popular in the vast rural areas. At present, the characteristics of rural e-commerce in China are:
1. Rural e-commerce electronizes and digitizes traditional business processes.
On the one hand, electronic flow replaces real logistics, which can greatly reduce manpower and material resources and reduce costs; On the other hand, it breaks through the limitation of time and space, breaks through the traditional fixed time and place transactions, and enables trading activities to be carried out at any time and place, thus greatly improving efficiency.
2. The infrastructure of agricultural network is weak and lacks regional strategy.
At present, there are many websites providing agricultural e-commerce services in China. However, due to the lack of software and hardware in rural areas and the "last mile" obstacle of network access to farmers, farmers cannot participate in e-commerce in a direct and effective way. In addition, China has a vast territory, different regional geographical environments and distinctive regional characteristics of agriculture, which makes the issue of rural e-commerce more complicated. Therefore, agricultural e-commerce must deeply consider regional characteristics in order to develop better.
3. Unpredictability of agricultural product demand
Affected by natural conditions, the production and demand of agricultural products are unpredictable, the origin and producers of agricultural products are relatively scattered, the added value of agricultural products is low, agricultural products are not durable, and the subjective factors of quality evaluation are strong. These factors greatly hinder the industrialization and circulation modernization of agricultural products, which is the difficulty to realize rural e-commerce.
4. The coverage of rural e-commerce is narrow and it is in its infancy.
At present, China's rural e-commerce is in the growth stage. The development of e-commerce in the eastern region has begun to take shape, while the e-commerce in remote mountainous areas in the west is in the initial stage of development. In remote mountainous areas, due to the narrow internet coverage, people's understanding of e-commerce is not comprehensive, and the development of rural e-commerce is very difficult. Therefore, the coverage of rural e-commerce in China is narrow, and rural e-commerce is in its infancy.
Second, China's rural e-commerce development status
201x On February 3rd, China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released the 35th Statistical Report on Internet Development in China (hereinafter referred to as the Report). According to the report, by the end of 20 17 and 12, the number of netizens in China had reached 649 million, with an annual increase of 3 1 1700. The Internet penetration rate was 47.9%, 2. 1 percentage point higher than the end of 20 13. China Business Intelligence Network News: From 20 15 to 1-3, the total number of mobile Internet users increased by more than 24 million, with a total scale of nearly 900 million, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%. The number of users using mobile phones to surf the Internet reached a record high, reaching 858 million, and the penetration rate of mobile phone users reached 66.3%, up 1 percentage point year-on-year. The number of wireless network card users was160,000, up by 3. 1% year-on-year. According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 20 17120, the per capita disposable income of the national residents in 20 167 increased by 10.1%in nominal terms over the previous year, and increased by 8.0% in real terms. According to the place of permanent residence, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 28,844 yuan, an increase of 9.0% over the previous year, and the real increase was 6.8% after deducting the price factor; The per capita disposable income of rural residents is 10489 yuan, which is 1 1.2% higher than that of the previous year. After deducting the price factor, it actually increased.
9.2%。 The median per capita disposable income of the national residents was 17570 yuan, a nominal increase of 12.4% over the previous year. In this context, rural e-commerce has good development conditions.

E-commerce Research Report (III) With the promulgation of "Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Accelerating the Development of E-commerce", various regions have also accelerated the pace of construction. As an underdeveloped province, Anhui is not far behind. In recent years, a lot of work has been done. With the vigorous promotion of the provincial e-commerce association, a large number of enterprises began to surf the Internet. At present, Fuyang e-commerce is entering a healthy development period.
First, although Fuyang e-commerce started late and its scale is relatively small at present, its development momentum is very good.
1. With the increasing popularity of e-commerce, some commercial enterprise groups have established market electronic trading systems and online marketing. In Anhui Province, the industries or enterprises such as grain, coal, steel, nonferrous metals, forklifts and automobiles are also effectively running B2B e-commerce.
2, agriculture, tourism, medicine, commerce and other qualified industries and enterprises are developing B2C e-commerce.
3. The level of enterprise informatization has been significantly improved. It is reported that the application rate of financial management of large industrial enterprises in Anhui Province has reached 100%! The application rate of marketing management reaches 50%; Enterprise ERP system coverage rate reached 70%, enterprise website construction rate reached 80%, and the application rate of CA D in electronic information, textile, building materials, household appliances, machinery and other industries reached 70%.
4. Logistics has entered a period of rapid development. Anhui Province has initially formed a comprehensive transportation system in which five modes coexist: highway, railway, water transport, civil aviation and pipeline, which provides a certain guarantee for the development of e-commerce.
5. The means of payment have been further improved. At present, banks in Anhui Province can basically provide online payment functions in addition to traditional post office remittance, wire transfer and cash payment. Such as China Merchants Bank's Netcom and credit cards of major banks. Banks have realized network interconnection and can transfer money to each other in time.
6. Network Infrastructure The construction of network infrastructure in Fuyang City is relatively fast. At present, broadband has penetrated into small towns, and the number of netizens is increasing. Cities and counties have basically completed the construction of broadband access networks.
7. Anhui Digital Certification Center Established Anhui Digital Certification Center (referred to as AHCA or Anhui CA Center for short) was formally established on 200 1 10. As an impartial third-party organization, it is engaged in digital authentication services for e-government, e-commerce and public computer networks, and provides services for groups and individual users (including individuals, government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and public computer networks).
Storage, query, revocation and other digital certificate services, providing online identity authentication, digital signature, secure information transmission and digital certificate application embedding services. It provides security for the development of e-commerce.
8. Establishment of Provincial E-Commerce Association In order to further promote the development of e-commerce, in September 2065438+2007, the inaugural meeting and the first member representative meeting of Anhui E-Commerce Association were held in Hefei. The establishment of e-commerce association can better play the role of bridge and link, integrate the e-commerce resources of the whole province, and actively help enterprises of all ownership to carry out e-commerce.
The activity has a very positive significance for the promotion and application of e-commerce in Anhui Province.
9. Talent Training In order to meet the social demand for e-commerce talents, at present, colleges and universities in the province basically have e-commerce, logistics and other majors, which have trained a large number of talents for the development of e-commerce.
Second, the problems in the development of e-commerce
Although e-commerce in Fuyang has developed, there is a big gap compared with developed cities. More and more enterprises and individuals enjoy the convenience brought by e-commerce. Fuyang City, on the other hand, lags far behind.
The specific reasons are mainly in the following aspects:
1, weak consciousness, gap in understanding. Many people think that e-commerce is online shopping and don't understand it.
The content is very extensive, and online shopping is only a small part of it. More is the online business between enterprises, the online communication between the government and enterprises. Its advantage lies not only in improving efficiency, but also in saving social costs as a whole. This is the main original intention of our country to vigorously promote the development of e-commerce at present.
