The section from Guancheng Back Street to Chengbei will be built into a modern international commercial street (based on Fifth Avenue in New York) and a 611-meter-long underground commercial street. Except for a small amount of property sales, about 311,111 square meters of businesses, office buildings and hotels will be held by development enterprises.

The Jindi Plaza project is expected to be completed in 2116. After completion, it will bring about 211 million yuan in tax revenue to Zhengzhou municipal and district governments every year and create 11,111 jobs.
