Deyang planning and construction bureau
According to the needs of the work, through research, it is decided that the institutions affiliated to Deyang City Planning and Construction Bureau, namely, the Municipal Planning Bureau (fully funded institutions), the Municipal Garden Management Office (institutions in balance allocation), the Municipal Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute (institutions in balance allocation) and the Municipal Conservation Management Office (institutions in balance allocation), intend to employ six professional and technical post staff in public examinations (hereinafter referred to as public examinations). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the principles and methods of open assessment and employment

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopt the methods of open registration, direct assessment and merit-based employment in accordance with the standards of meritocracy and having both ability and political integrity.

Two, the public assessment of posts, places and scope of employment.

The positions and places employed in this public examination are as follows:

1, 3 professional and technical posts in Deyang Planning Bureau (architecture 1, 2 in urban planning);

2. Professional and technical post of Deyang City Landscape Management Office 1 (landscape architecture design major);

3. Professional and technical post of Deyang Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute (urban planning major)1;

4. Professional and technical post of Deyang Municipal Maintenance Management Office 1 (water supply and drainage major).

Third, the conditions for public assessment of hiring personnel

The personnel employed in this public examination must meet the following conditions:

(a) people with China nationality, good political and ideological quality, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, law-abiding, good conduct;

(2) Having a master's degree, meeting the professional requirements stipulated in Article 2 of this announcement, and having the professional technical level and working ability required by the post to be employed;

(3) Being in good health;

(4) Under the age of 35 (born after1973 August 3 1 day).

Four, public examination and employment procedures and methods

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: September 22, 2008 to June 2008 10 (except holidays). After the registration deadline, the registration status will be published on Deyang Personnel Examination Network () and Deyang Construction Network () for applicants to inquire. Applicants can also directly inquire with Deyang City Planning and Construction Bureau (telephone number: 2553926).

2. Registration place: Political Work and Personnel Education Section of Deyang Planning and Construction Bureau (Room 925, 9th Floor, Jianshe Building, No.57 Ruihe Street, Huanghe District, Deyang City), Tel: 2553926.

3. Registration requirements: Applicants must fill in the Registration Form for Public Examination and Employment of Staff in Institutions Affiliated to Deyang City Planning and Construction Bureau (in triplicate with photos). When registering, you must provide 4 recent one-inch color photos, the original and photocopy of your ID card, academic certificate and degree certificate, and the original certificate of your work unit (three certificates: current position and working hours, major, and whether you agree to register for the election).

We will select the best candidate through interview. The interview was organized with reference to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Deyang Public Institutions.

(2) Contents and methods of evaluation

The examination of candidates should be carried out item by item according to the following contents and methods.

1, basic qualification review;

2, work performance (academic performance) assessment;

3. Professional quality evaluation;

4. health check;

5. Verification of actual performance.

(three) to determine the candidates and publicity

After the candidates pass the examination, they will be publicized on Deyang Personnel Examination Network () and Deyang Construction Network () for 7 days.

During the publicity period, those who reflect to the masses that they do not meet the employment conditions of the public examination or resort to deceit will be disqualified from participating in the public examination after investigation, and the publicity targets will be re-determined in the selection of personnel who enter the scope of investigation.

(5) Handling employment procedures.

If there is no objection to the publicity, or if there is any objection but it is verified that it meets the employment conditions, the employment procedures shall be handled.
