Hotel English situational dialogue
Why is it for four people? Telephone conversation should only be between two parties, right? Are there any other plots besides this? For example, first my manager asks me to do it, and then I have to find guests through his secretary? I tried to write one:

Manager: Please call this customer today and thank him for staying in our hotel during his week-long business trip.

Me: OK, I'll finish it as soon as possible within today.

Manager: Ask him about our service, too.

Me: I see.

(Talking to the secretary on the phone)

Me: Good morning, this is * * (name) of * * Hotel (hotel name). I'd like to talk to Mr. * * (guest name). He stayed in our hotel on his last business trip.

Secretary: Good morning. Just a moment, please.

(Dialogue between Secretary and Boss)

Secretary: Sir, Ms./Mr. * * of * * Hotel is on the line now. He/she wants to talk to you. Do you want to receive it?

* *: OK, pass it to me, thank you.

Secretary: Just a moment, please.

(My conversation with the guests)

Me: Good morning, Mr. * *. I'm * * from * * Hotel. I hope everything goes well with you and your business.

* *: Thank you very much. What can I do for you?

Me: Oh, it's my honor to thank you for your support so far on behalf of our hotel. I really hope that your last visit to our city will be a fruitful trip.

* *: Thank you very much. I also want to thank you for your good service this week. All of you are very kind to me and have given me a lot of help.

Me: Thank you for your kind comments. If you want to tell us anything about our hotel, please feel free to tell me.

No, thank you. I believe I will stay in your hotel again on my next trip.

Me: I'm glad to hear that. We look forward to seeing you again. It is our pleasure to serve you again. Have a nice day.

You too. Bye.

Me: Nice talking to you. Bye.
