Jiangsu, Hebei, Shaanxi, Guangxi and other provinces have established working committees and expert committees on ideological and political construction of local courses, improved the evaluation system, and improved the normal mechanism of ideological and political supervision and inspection, encouragement and restraint of courses. According to their own reality, all localities have effectively strengthened policy support and financial support. Shanghai has invested hundreds of millions of yuan to support the ideological and political construction of the course with "real money".

First, the school advocates emphasizing characteristics. Peking University, Tsinghua University, Northeastern University, Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Lanzhou University and other universities have formulated work plans, initiated the implementation of the "melting pot project" and the "thought-production-study integration plan to start a prairie fire", and given full play to the advantages and characteristics of running schools. Second, famous teachers take the lead in educating people. Academicians, Changjiang scholars and famous teachers from Tongji University, Dalian University of Technology, Xi Jiaotong University and other universities took the lead in ideological and political construction courses. The "six academicians in the same class" in Wuhan University triggered a wide range of positive responses from the society. Third, quality resources should be enjoyed. For example, university of international business and economics led the establishment of the ideological and political alliance resource pool for financial courses, Tongji University led the establishment of the transportation alliance resource pool, Huazhong Agricultural University led the establishment of agriculture and forestry, Nanjing University of Science and Technology led the establishment of the military industry, Southern Medical University led the establishment of the medical alliance resource pool and so on.
