Tianjin West Station, located in Hongqiao District, Tianjin, China, is a passenger and cargo special under the jurisdiction of the China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co. First-class station, is an important part of the Tianjin Railway Hub, is one of the five major departure stations of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railroad, is the largest railroad station in Tianjin.
Tianjin West Railway Station was built in August of the first year of Xuantong of the Qing Dynasty, and put into operation in December of the second year of Xuantong of the Qing Dynasty, and has been rebuilt and expanded for three times; in February 2009, the third rebuilding and expansion project of the station was formally started, and on June 30th, 2011, the rebuilt Tianjin West Railway Station was formally put into use.
