The first-class dining hall for the elderly mainly provides catering (referring to the on-site processing, secondary processing or centralized distribution of meals, etc.), dining (referring to the elderly dining in the dining hall for the elderly) and personalized food delivery (referring to the delivery of meals to the elderly in need, and the individual pays the meal delivery fee). The second-class dining hall for the elderly mainly provides dining and personalized food delivery services, and the neighborhood (village) Committee provides places free of charge;
3. Each district can set up canteens for the elderly in various ways according to actual conditions. Each street (township) should have at least 1 first-class dining halls for the elderly, and each neighborhood committee should have one dining hall for the elderly. Encourage rural areas to explore a model that is in line with the actual situation of rural elderly food service. The canteen for the elderly is open to the public and focuses on serving the elderly.
