You can ask the boss to pay off his salary and leave, otherwise you can complain to the labor inspection brigade.

3. Because the boss didn't sign the labor contract, the part that worked for more than one month was paid by the boss at twice the standard.

Labor Contract Law

Article 82 If an employer fails to conclude a written labor contract with the employee for more than one month but less than one year from the date of employment, it shall pay the employee twice the monthly salary.
