According to the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the provisions of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, the provincial people's government implements catalogue management for the administrative licensing projects implemented in the whole province (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue) With the promulgation of new laws and regulations and the expiration of the temporary administrative license period set by provincial government regulations (from July 1, 2114 to July 1, 2115), it is necessary to partially cancel, add and adjust the Catalogue. The executive meeting of the provincial people's government decided that the temporary administrative licensing items set by the rules of the provincial people's government, which did not rise to local regulations, shall be cancelled and deleted in the Catalogue; The administrative licensing items set by newly promulgated laws and regulations shall be added and added in the Catalogue; The administrative licensing items whose licensing basis has changed shall be adjusted and revised in the Catalogue.
