Application process: key enterprises log on to the module of "Personal Social Security Subsidies for Key Enterprises" in the "Graduate Employment and Entrepreneurship" area of Hefei Sub-center of Anhui Government Affairs Service Network, and declare for graduates and vocational college students with stable employment 12 months or more. Fill in and upload the application form of individual social security subsidy funds for key enterprises in Hefei, and upload relevant supporting materials such as graduation certificate and labor contract. The human and social departments of the counties (cities) and districts (development zones) where the enterprise is registered will review and allocate the subsidy funds to the personal accounts of college graduates after publicity without objection.
