Hygiene license refers to the hygiene license issued by units and individuals engaged in catering food production and business activities after examination and approval by the administrative department of health, and the license number is registered for the record.
According to the Measures for the Administration of Food Hygiene License issued by the Ministry of Health in June 5438+February 2005: "Units and individuals engaged in food production and business activities shall declare to the administrative department of health and go through the application procedures for health license in accordance with regulations; Only after examination and approval by the administrative department of health can they engage in food production and operation activities and bear the responsibility for food hygiene. "
To apply for a health permit, the following conditions are required:
1, health management system, organize professional training for full-time and part-time food hygiene management personnel;
2, plant, site selection, layout design, environmental sanitation and facilities and equipment operation;
3, the production process and pollution control measures;
4. Hygienic conditions of raw and auxiliary materials, tools, containers and packaging materials for production;
5, product inspection facilities and capabilities;
6. Employee health examination.
