2. Click "I want to handle it" on the homepage of APP, and select the system upgrade of grain replenishment card.

3. Enter the ID number, card number and other information for authentication.

4. Upload relevant materials according to the prompts, including ID card and household registration book.

5. Submit the application after confirming that the information is correct.
