Kindergarten refund regulations are as follows:

(3) If you can't come to the park due to children's reasons, you will be refunded the management fee, childcare fee and miscellaneous fees of the month according to the actual days of absence.

If the kindergarten can't enter the park normally due to its own reasons, the whole month fee will be refunded. Parents of young children voluntarily withdraw from the park. According to the date of application for withdrawal, the management fee of the month will not be refunded, and the education fees and miscellaneous fees for less than half a month will be refunded by 50%, and those for more than half a month will not be refunded.

Fees are charged according to the annual and publicity standards. When parents of young children apply for a refund of the subsidy admission fee, the kindergarten will determine the refund amount according to the time the children are in the park. 70% refund for less than two months, 50% refund for less than half a year, 25% refund for less than six months, and no refund for more than nine months.

Students need to submit a written refund application to the kindergarten for their own reasons, and provide relevant certificates. Fees are charged by semester, and each semester is calculated as 5 months. If the child has been in the park for less than 10 days (including 10 days, calculated as working days) during the semester due to reasons such as leave, transfer, drop-out and placement. Meals are service charges, which should follow the principle of voluntary and truthful settlement by parents of young children, and should not be for profit. Kindergartens can charge a monthly service fee according to the actual needs of young children. If the time spent in the park is less than months, the children's official vacation days will be returned. Kindergartens should complain to the local education bureau if they don't refund their tuition fees.

If a child withdraws from the kindergarten for some reason, the kindergarten shall refund the parents of the child a certain prepayment fee according to the actual education cost. The specific refund measures shall be formulated by the provincial education, price and finance departments. Kindergartens shall not charge parents of young children any fees other than education fees, accommodation fees, service fees and agency fees approved by the provincial people's government.

Kindergartens are not allowed to charge parents for special education such as experimental classes, special classes, interest classes, after-school training classes, parent-child classes, etc., and are not allowed to charge parents for sponsorship fees, donated tuition fees, school building construction fees, education cost compensation fees and other fees linked to enrollment in any name.

Article 7 The standard of teaching fees for public kindergartens shall be determined according to a certain proportion of the annual average cost of nursing education.

Protection education expenses include the following items: staff salaries, allowances, subsidies and benefits, social security expenses, official expenses, operational expenses, repair expenses and other normal expenses for managing the park. It does not include abnormal expenses such as disaster losses, accidents and operating expenses.

Article 8 The accommodation fee standard for public kindergartens shall be determined according to the actual cost and shall not be for profit.

Article 9 The charging standards for teaching and accommodation in private kindergartens shall be reasonably determined by kindergartens according to the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and its implementing regulations, based on the cost of conservation education and accommodation, and shall be implemented after being reported to the local price department and the education administrative department for the record.

Private kindergartens that enjoy government financial subsidies (including government purchase of services, rent reduction and tax exemption, replacement by awards, stationing of public teachers, arrangement of special awards, preferential allocation of land, etc.). ) The relevant departments of the local people's government can determine the maximum charging standard by contract, and private kindergartens can formulate specific charging standards within the scope of the maximum standard and report them to the local price, education and finance departments for the record before implementation.
