1. First, issue the Certificate of Tax Administration for Outgoing Business Activities at the competent tax authority where your organization is located;

2. Go to the competent tax authorities in different places (places of business) to apply for inspection and registration with the materials such as the Tax Administration Certificate for Going Out for Business Activities, the copy of business license, the copy of tax registration, the legal person's ID card, the identity certificate of the agent and the relevant contract agreements for business activities in different places;

3. With the above information, the competent tax authorities in different places (places of business) fill in the Approval Form for Applying for Receiving and Purchasing Invoices, and the invoices can be received and purchased after approval.
