1. Joining a trade union in an employment enterprise

Joining a trade union directly in a migrant enterprise is the most convenient and effective way to join a trade union. After the employment enterprise joins the trade union for the first time, as long as "one certificate (that is, membership card) is in hand", it can be "lasting and universal". If you terminate the labor relationship with this enterprise and transfer to another enterprise, you can go through the transfer formalities of member organization relationship in the new enterprise with a certificate.

2. Joining a trade union in the community

If a trade union organization has not been established in the migrant workers' enterprise, joining a trade union in the community is a good way, especially suitable for those migrant workers who are engaged in "five small" business entities such as small restaurants, small stores, small processing, small supermarkets and minor repairs, and who rely on domestic service, as well as temporary workers, seasonal workers, rotation workers and hourly workers, to join the trade union or transfer to membership organizations.

3. Joining a trade union in the street

Street trade unions are more suitable for migrant workers who have not established a trade union in the migrant workers' enterprises or in their communities to join a trade union in the workplace.

4. Joining a trade union in a trade union

A trade union is a mass organization formed in a trade association in recent years, in which employees in the same industry voluntarily join. The way of joining trade unions is more suitable for migrant workers who are engaged in the same industry and whose industry and characteristics are very obvious. For example, migrant workers, taxi drivers and textile workers engaged in the construction industry.

5. Joining a trade union in the park

The trade union in the park refers to the organization mode of the trade union federation established in industrial parks, industrial development zones and other parks where newly-built enterprises are relatively concentrated. Joining a trade union in the park is similar to joining a community trade union, and it is also applicable to migrant workers who are not organized by a trade union in a migrant enterprise.

6. Membership of trade unions in construction projects

There are generally dozens or even hundreds of engineering teams participating in the construction of various urban construction projects. In most places, with the intervention of the Federation of Trade Unions in the districts and counties where the construction site is located, a joint trade union of migrant workers has been established with the bid winner. It is more convenient and quick for migrant workers to join a trade union in a construction project. After discussion and approval by the trade union group of the construction project, they can join the trade union branch of the construction project. The membership relationship flows with the labor relations, and the membership relationship will be transferred wherever the project is built and the trade union organization follows.
